When you look at a company – what is important for you?

Are they growing – well yes they are!!

Are they on top of their tech? Well it may be mainly Winforms at the moment but it is going to move to web!!

Do people like working there? All positive from the feedback I have had!!

Specification:

As already mentioned they currently have a very successful product that is c#, SQL and Winforms. The plan is to move this to being a web based product, c#, asp.net, MVC and javascript – to be fair this isn’t going to be overnight!!

What skills/experience do I need for this job I hear you ask:

• C#, SQL and Winforms is a must at the moment
• Strong coding principles
• Excellent communication skills
• A willingness to help them change to web
