Andrew, BMC Recruitment Group’s Managing Director, is passionate about recruitment and ensuring the team at BMC continues to operate at the highest possible service levels.

Andrew, having attained a degree in Accounting and Finance from Durham University, and a CIMA qualification, went on to train in operations and finance management “on the job” and he has over 8 years experience in this area.

With a view to always making sure BMC is a growing business and a great place to work, Andrew provides effective overall operations management, coaching and development of the team.

Outside of work, Andrew plays basketball and has been a qualified PADI diver for some time– he has travelled to a number of dive sites from the Great Barrier Reef to the Gulf of Mexico.
